On signing day parents will need to have following to secure spot on a team when offered:

- $400 Registration fee (covers league entry, field fees, field setup and maintenance fees, and game fees for fall and spring)

- Copy of birth certificate

- US Club Youth Player Registration/Medical Release Form

- Sheffield Player/Parent Commitment Form, get from each coach

Monthly Dues can vary by team: 
- Typical monthly cost is $60 - $90 per month for 11 months. Covers referee fees, monthly team dues/fees, indoor fees, and/or tournament fees.
